Our Pledge

It is a fact that politicians respect above all things, "the power of the vote". Therefore, the following oath I pledge; before a higher power, family and community. I pledge to do my part, not only to be a registered voter, but one who cast my ballot at polls. To be educated and informed on the issues which serve the best interest of the commonwealth. To pass down the importance of voting to the next generation wherefore they will understand that one unified body will make a difference. To this I pledge The Corrections Association of Texas.

Organization Profile

C.A.T. is an Association of Correctional Officers & all TDCJ-ID employees security and non-security, employed by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division "TDCJ-ID" to include but not limited to Parole and Texas State Jail Departments.
